1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all brand tags intact.

  • Due to lighting variations in photoshoots, minor color differences will not be considered as defects for returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, stained, or defective piece, please contact our support team immediately within 24 to 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email with clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement for you free of cost.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will bear the return shipping expenses unless the item sent was damaged or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Stitched items customized according to special user measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or Flash Sale are final and cannot be returned.
